As I have degenerative disc disease, I spend alot of time in bed due to my condition. Even though I have invented various ways to arrange my pillows for comfort, I wanted to find something that would eliminate the need for tons of pillows. I saw this pillow, and felt I would give it a try. It has 4 positions that you can arrange the pillow, depending on your need, and stays that way pretty much the whole time. It is soft, yet firm. It elimates the "sliding" that normal pillows do. The very best part of this product is that I now only need this pillow for the bed, inside of the multiple ones I use to need. I would recommend this product for anyone, whether you spend alot of time in the bed due to illness, or you just want to read or watch tv. I would have given it a 5-star except for the fact that you can't change the pillowcase to one that has more color. I'm not a seamstress, so making one is not an option.

I had an idea of what kind of pillow I wanted. I had the one with the arms, that kinda looks like a couch cushion, but I always had to add an extra pillow to the equation to get comfortable. I love to read in bed. I'm actually addicted to it. I don't like to read in chairs, never have, don't know why. But my idea of heaven is laying in bed with some type of chocolate and a really good book. And, until now, quite a few pillows.
I was wary of buying a pillow on the internet, even though Ive been shopping with Amazon for years and have never had a problem. The problem was that you just can't really see and feel what you are getting, which is important when you are buying something that you want to look and feel a certain way. But this pillow looked so enticing I just had to give it a try. And I am very glad that I did.
The pillow is soft, yet firm. It's rather large, and comes with a pillow case, which was a little bit annoying to get back on after washing it, but that might be my problem and not the pillow's. But as soon as I laid down to try it out, I was in heaven. If you like to lay in bed and read or watch tv, and you usually need three or four pillows to get comfy, then you really need to try this pillow out.
And I know it says you can turn it around to sleep on it, but I have a memory foam pillow that has relieved by upper back and neck pain for years, so I can't comment on that aspect of it. I depend on reviews when I'm shopping, so I always try to be thorough. Hope this review helped.

The shipping for this Pillow is SIXTEEN DOLLARS and all they do is shove it in a plastic sack and mail it to you, they must pocket at least $10 on every shipping order in additional inflated shipping costs.
As for the pillow just don't bother, the pictures of the lady laying on a nice big pillow are lies and flat out fabrications for the pictures on the site.
What you actually get is a normal sized pillow with an additional cylindrical pillow sewn to it and some tshirt material pillow case thrown around the damn thing. It's absolutely the worst case of blatant false advertising I have ever been a party too.
I've called the manufacturer and I'm giving them a chance to fix the issues, but if those fake pictures remain attached to this item I'll be contacting my state's attorney general so they know of the fraud and false advertising involved here.

After looking at different wedge-type pillows all over the web, I saw this one. Although I was just looking for something to raise my upper body and head while using my regular pillow(s), this pillow seemed to offer a bit more and I thought I'd take a chance. I'm so glad I did. I can use it alone or with another pillow, I can position it any way I want and still be comfortable. But what I love most about it is that it's so cushy and soft while still supporting my head and upper body. I've actually starting using it alone and my expensive memory foam pillow has been regulated to knee support.
You can squish this pillow any way you want, it doesn't have to be used in any certain "position". It's large enough to wrap your arms around and have support for your shoulder, sturdy enough to lean against a headboard for reading. It has two sections so it's bendy and you can double the height of it, or stretch it out flat and have a wonderful huge pillow. But best of all, it lifts my head and upper body enough all by itself, so I don't have to stack pillows to get relief for my breathing (although you can stack pillows on it if you want and they actually stay in place!) After the second night, I noticed a huge difference in the way my neck and shoulders felt in the morning - no stiffness or pain. My sinuses were clear. And I had slept all the way through the night without waking up, something that is very rare for me.
The cover is removable and washable (and for those who want a cover in a different color, I suggest getting a bottle of Rit dye - you can dye it any color you want.) I don't know what kind of foam is on the inside and have no idea how it will wear over time; I'm hoping it will last and maintain it's cushiness. Even if it doesn't it's worth it for me because it doesn't cost an arm and a leg. I only hope they don't discontinue it. I'm going to order several more to use on the couch and as a body pillow - trust me, this will outdo any regular body pillow out there.
I love this pillow. For those who want or need a very firm surface to sleep on, get something else. You will sink into this pillow and it's very very soft feeling, but it really does give good support despite being so soft and certainly does the job if you need relief for reflux or apnea type problems. If you want cozy comfort in your bed plus support, by all means give this one a try. It comes mashed into a plastic bag and looks smaller than it should before you open it, but it expands and is very large - keep that in mind if you have a sleeping partner. Aside from the extra ones for myself, I'm going to order a couple for my son, who also has sleeping problems. It occurs to me that this would make a great floor cushion too...hmmm...I bet I can find other ways to use it...

This is a great product...I have herniated discs in my back and this is a wonderful addition to my bedding for a great night's sleep.
