Who Needs A REAL Boyfriend? Dec 16, 2009 Do you ever wonder what would be the best gift for a friend going through relationship struggles? She needs someone to hold her, to cuddle her, and to spoon with her. She needs that protective arm over her shoulder. A boyfriend pillow can offer that stability for a woman when real men aren't doing the trick. It has been said that physical touch can be therapeutic and heal emotional hardship. Let the boyfriend pillow be your therapy when your husband is travelling for weeks at a time, when you are too sick to hug and kiss loved ones, or when you are gorging yourself on ice cream and other comfort foods after a break up.
True--35 dollars might be a little pricey for a pillow. But this is more than a pillow; it is therapy. Is 35 dollars too expensive for therapy? Of course not. This boyfriend pillow will provide a thousand times the entertainment and the comfort than any other pillow. I bought this boyfriend pillow for my friend's birthday, and it has resulted in so much laughter and excitement. Her sisters--and even her married mother--fight her for a chance to sleep with the pillow each night. Clearly, this isn't the type of gift that gets labeled "boring" after a week; it has been months since I purchased it for my friend, and we still talk and joke about it frequently.
I've heard a few complaints that this boyfriend pillow does not have the hot, desirable six-pack of steel for a chest. My friend was slightly disappointed by his lack of strong physique, but honestly, it would not be comfortable to sleep on a muscular boyfriend pillow. I enjoy the plumpness of the boyfriend, because it allows me to be comfortable sleeping wrapped in his arm all night. The only reason I can see a woman giving up her boyfriend pillow is if she gets a "human boyfriend," but honestly, any human relationship would be a disappointment after a few weeks of this pillow.

AB Markerters stands by their product. Jul 17, 2009 This is an update to my previous review...Due to a warehouse error, I received a discontinued older model of this product. I contacted the company and explained my displeasure at how the product I received did not look like the pictures. Carrie N., in customer service, said my description didn't sound right and she'd follow up on my complaint. The remarkable thing is AB Marketers and Carrie did exactly what they said they would. They followed up and found out there was an error at the warehouse. They offered me an apology and sent the correct product out. My opinion of AB Marketers is they are a company that take great pride in their customers satisfaction with their products. I would absolutely purchase this product, or any product, and I would purchase it from AB Marketers. I like buying from a company that stands behind its products and makes things right.
An excerpt from my apology letter: "The product you received is drastically different from the actual product, which, I was informed by the CEO, is because it appears you had received the older version of the Boyfriend Body Pillow. We are not sure how this happened, but we are truly sorry for this extreme error." Wow, What a company!
The current model boyfriend pillow is fantastic. It firmly supports my head and neck. The pictures with the model are accurate. I'm 5'2" and find it fits me like it's pictured on the site. It's about the length of a standard pillow, but a little skinnier. This makes it easier for you to hug while sleeping.

The Bed's Too Big Without You Jan 30, 2009 I am a lonely man. I mostly blame the attention-deprived years of my childhood, but I also blame my failed marriage to that cold-hearted wench who took half of what I own when we got divorced. Over the years I've made up for my loneliness with promiscuity and alcohol-fueled love affairs, but sometimes that's not enough.
If this sounds familiar to you - then you need the Boyfriend Pillow.
Unlike a normal pillow, the Boyfriend Pillow has a built-in arm that you can wrap around your body, simulating the sensitive touch of a lover's embrace. Made of ultra-comfy memory foam, the Boyfriend Pillow is shaped like a man's torso and can be positioned in a number of different ways (trust me).
Why the Boyfriend Pillow is wearing a button-down dress shirt to bed is beyond me, but I can't complain. With a little imagination, and a splash of perfume, we lonely men can close our eyes and pretend that the pillow is actually a woman wearing one of our favorite dress shirts.
With a little more imagination, and a lot more perfume, you can also pretend the pillow is actually the girl featured in the product photo. But that's up to you.
So, when my pick-up lines prove unsuccessful at the bar, it's nice to know that I'll always have someone to snuggle up with when I get home. It won't complain about being unsatisfied, or question why her memory of the last six hours is so foggy, and it doesn't threaten to call the cops if I don't give her cab fare for the ride home.
The Boyfriend Pillow is, quite simply, perfect.

Boyfriend Body Pillow Aug 29, 2007 I love this body pillow. I bought it for my sister for her birthday, she passed it onto me on my birthday. Next year I'm suppose to pass it on down the line, but don't want to give it away. I love to cuddle with it, you just snuggle into it and you feel like you're lying with someone..sad it's it? All my friend love it too. I hope they bring it back. I will buy in bulk.
