I'm keeping it because I have a torn rotator cuff that I need to put heat on once in a while. I probably thought that, instead of putting it around my neck, it would be just as easy to drape over the affected part of my shoulder. I would rather have something at a reasonable cost that wasn't too heavy and that would cover more of both the neck and shoulder areas. Unlike the picture where the thing is shown without a cover, they send you a stupid sleeve to put on it, and the material and construction of the sleeve are so ludicrous, I wonder why they bother -- mine went straight into the trash.
Also, it does not stay hot long enough.

Great usability! Liked the way it fits. But, as with any other microwavable product read instructions carefully. I had someone bake one of those type bead products which smelled up the house for hours!
Good buy.
