 Distributor does not honor 30 day guarantee May 30, 2009
I purchased the better sleep pillow to try it out under the 30 day guarantee window that is offered by the manufacturer. But little did I know that STACKS and STACKS the distributor that sells this pillow for the better sleep pillow company does not honor their guarantee and will not let you return the pillow for any reason what so ever. So I wasted $99.00 on a pillow that did not work for me. Why would a company use a distributor that doesn't honor a guarantee on a product. This is a poor business practice for company who is trying to succeed. Is the product ok, sure it just wasn't for me. But I bought it to try it and didn't like it so the manufacture said they will refund 75% of the price because they cant resell it but will use it for demonstration purposes but STACKS and STACKS does not honor that at all. So do not buy anything from STACKS and STACKS as a distributor or you'll will get screwed bad. Make sure you read all fine prints!!! Come on AMAZON use a better distributor for products.

This pillow is the best pillow I have ever had. It doesn't crush like regular pillows. The height of the pillow is great for side sleepers and as a result I have woken up with far less headaches due to improper sleeping posture. I only wish I could take this pillow with me when I travel! It is worth every penny.

After sleeping on this pillow for over a year now, I can say I've given it a good trial. I used to have neck pain in the am, but not anymore. I won't consider using any other pillow. It's great for sleeping on the side or the back. While you can't turn it upside down; you can turn it around, and use the higher edge for side sleeping. I usually use the higher edge for my right side, and the sloped edge for the left side. You can use the vertical channel underneath so you can sleep on your arm, but I find it also gives the effect of cradling my head, which I like better than raising my arm. And it is great neck support for sleeping on my back too - it's Just Right!

This pillow is horrible, it was purchased to help my neck and back problems and has only made things worse. Along with the horrible smell you are better off using an old musty towle. What's worse is Allegro Medical will not return due to hygiene issues (as if it could get any worse). CUSTOMERS BEWARE, it's not worth the money.

I was disappointed in this product because I bought it to help me stop snoring. However, my spouse says that I snored louder than ever. It was not very comfortable either. I returned it.
